5 Egyptian movies taking over cinemas this Eid

Ramadan is almost over and just like every year, we’re more than ready for this Eid’s movies where Egyptian stars dominate the box office entirely with their impressive films.

Sab’e Alboromba

A comedy revolves around a man who impersonates different characters in order to get the attention of the woman he loves.
Some of the characters he imitates are Raheem played by his brother in a show last year, Selim El Ansari played by Amir Karara in Kalash series and many more.
The movie stars Ramez Galal in the lead role alongside Bayoumi Fouad, Jamilla Awad, Mohammed Abd ElRahman, Badria Tolba, and Mohammed Tharwat.

Mohammed Heussin

Comedian Mohammed Saad is finally back in the genre that he prefers the most.
The movie revolves around the title character who works as a cab driver, but ends up encountering Vicious mafia thugs which leads to the murder of a prominent artist in France.
The movie also stars Mai Selim, Samir Sabry, Bayoumi Fouad, and Dina Mohsen AKA Wizo.


Back together again after three seasons of Kalabsh, Peter Mimi and Amir Karara collaborated on the biggest action flick of the season.
The movie is set in Casablanca, Morocco and it also stars Ghada Adel, Eyad Nassar, Amr Abd El Geleil and the Turkish actor Halit Ergenç.

El Mammar

Another action flick but this one starring Ahmed Ezz and revolves around the war between Egypt and Israel in the year 1967.
The movie also stars Hend Sabry, Ahmed Rizk, Sherif Mounir, Eyad Nassar, Mohammed Farrag and Ahmed Faloukas.

Hamlet Phar’oun

This movie has taken over social media from the very first moment of its shooting due to the casting of Mike Tyson and Jean-Claude Van Damme amongst the cast.
This drama stars Amr Saad, Ruby, Mohammed Lotfy and Egyptian wrestler and gold medal winner Karam Gaber.
